Rania Kort
|
Rania Kort is a managing partner of Performance Redefined. She has been a management consultant over the last 20 years helping business leaders drive higher performance and profitability through systematic methods that integrate strategy, processes, learning and technology. Her work has focused on providing organizations and professionals with performance models, training programs, systematized solutions and tools that improve productivity, effectiveness and results.
In her prior positions, Rania was an Associate Partner in IBM's Business Consulting services and was a member of the leadership team of the Top Global 50 IBM Clients focused on bringing solutions to leaders introduced through strategic selling approaches and account management practices. She also held leadership positions in PricewaterhouseCoopers and Coopers & Lybrand selling management consulting services to large corporate accounts where she grew a practice from 5 to over 300 consultants resulting in managing a business of over $50 milllion in revenue.
Rania has been a keynote speaker and has presented at both international and local management conferences. She has published articles and taught seminars related to organizational performance, process improvement, and business development practices. She holds two Masters Degrees from Syracuse University in Communications, Education and Information Management, and holds certificates in Project Management and Quality Management from the Total Quality Institute.

David Mutchler

David Mutchler is a managing partner of Performance Redefined. After spending 20-plus years in the field of education including teaching at a business university, he has worked for the past sixteen years as a corporate consultant and facilitator both nationally and internationally across a wide range of industries. David has facilitated programs in strategic planning, executive leadership development, corporate goal alignment and achievement, management training and has trained thousands of sales professionals and sales managers both individually and as teams.
David is a renowned speaker and presenter, and has been published in the subjects of sales development, organizational development, and leadership as it relates to the role it plays in setting and achieving strategic objectives. He has a doctorate and two master’s degrees in the human behavioral sciences, with emphasis on the importance of goal setting and goal accomplishment for effecting long-term change in individual, team, and corporate behavior.
